REFUND POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to outline how various elements of course fees will be treated in the event of a request for a refund or transfer to another learner.


REFUND REQUESTED

CAC has a very strict non-refund policy.

However, if a learner voluntarily withdraws from a course and a course refund is requested, a course fee (credit) could be put towards future training with CAC within that same year by sending a request for a refund submitted to bookings@cacohs.com ten (10) business days prior to the original course date for which the learner signed up describing the reason for being unable to attend. Ten (10) business days are necessary to inform the trainer to make necessary arrangements and adjustments to course content. If the rule of ten (10) business days is not honored, the funds will not be returned and credit put towards a future course will not be optional. (The credit here is understood as dollar for dollar value.)

The same conditions apply (see above) if a learner is involuntarily withdrawn from the course at least ten (10) business days prior to the course start date.

If a learner voluntarily withdraws after the start of the course or is involuntarily removed from the course, no funds will be returned or credit issued to be put towards future training that same year.


Transfer of Funds to Another Learner

There is no reason why a learner who has purchased a course and is not able to attend the training should not be able to transfer his/her course credits to another learner, considering the transaction took place five (5) business days prior to the training and an official request was submitted to bookings@cacohs.com All parties must be aware of this transactions five (5) business days before the date of the training. (The reason for said transfer may remain undisclosed.)


Eventbrite Refund Policy

When purchasing a course on Eventbrite created by CAC, it is important to keep in mind that CAC sets clear non-refund/non-credit policy rules at all times. It applies to all training/courses created by CAC and applies to all learners and circumstances.

A transfer to another leaner is optional. (Please see above under Transfer of Funds to Another Learner.)
