Course Outline

This one-day training provides skills and knowledge in planning and managing quality improvement initiatives within an organization. The course participants will learn about quality improvement, outcome monitoring and measurement, data collection, analysis and interpretation tools and approaches used to inform and support the establishment and maintenance of quality improvement processes. They will also have an opportunity to work in teams and analyze multiple case studies. This course is designed for individuals at the service delivery level, such as managers and service providers.
